The Black Belt Program is dedicated to allowing our employees to accelerate their careers by developing both hard and soft skills. It takes the form of a progression path inspired by the judo belts.
Each "Ipponite" is coached by a mentor in the specific belt's area of expertise (Data, Cloud/DevOps, Full Stack Software Engineering, Craftsmanship, Mobile, Agile, Delivery Management, Product, Design, Solution Architecture, Enterprise and IS Architecture, Talent Management, and Sales). Within the program is access to training, certifications, conferences, as well as practical exercises and coaching sessions.
